Xafir’s HR Performance System contributes to the transformation of the HR/Personnel function from being administrative to being a strategic partner for the leadership of the organization. XPS is an additional measuring tool for making complex executive decisions, such as how to spend the education budget most effectively, which departments have the best performance, and where the most qualified employees are placed within the organization.
